FUTUREGROUND was a great success and we thank all who attended.

We will ultimately be archiving this site but in the meantime, please enjoy the photos from the event in the Photo Gallery. Online now are images from the Welcome Reception & Cocktail Party. These will be regularly updated over the following weeks with further social functions and proceedings images.

All of the feedback from all who attended suggested that the Conference was a great success. Over 300 international delegates enjoyed fine sunny Melbourne weather throughout the conference. There was a tremendous energy accompanying all aspects of the event and delegates clearly enjoyed the opportunity to network over breaks and at the social functions.

The Welcome Reception and Cocktail Party was an informal, relaxed occasion which allowed delegates to catch up with each other before the serious business of the program commenced.

Each of the three keynote speakers lent their considerable expertise to the discussion and we thank them for the time and thought they devoted to their presentations. The Third Degree Session was an experiment and, while a little controversial, brought something different to the usual conference format.

The parallel sessions ran smoothly and allowed a depth of discussion in specialised areas. Thanks to all of the speakers, Chairs and Room Managers.

The Conference Dinner at the National Gallery of Victoria was a highlight of the program. All seemed to enjoy the delicious meal and music and dance performance in the Gallery's impressive Great Hall.
